ವಿಮುಕ್ತದುರ್ಮತಿಃ ಸದಾ ಶಿರಃಸ್ಥಮಂಜಲಿಂ ವಹನ್ |
vimuktadurmatiḥ sadā śiraḥsthamanjalim vahan
Meaning: "With a liberated and tranquil mind, perpetually carrying water in my folded hands, offering prayers at the feet of Lord Shiva,"

śivēti mantra muccharan sadā sukhī bhavāmyaham
Meaning: "Chanting the mantra 'Shiva,' I constantly remain in bliss. May I always be happy and content."
ಇಮಂ ಹಿ ನಿತ್ಯಮೇವಮುಕ್ತಮುತ್ತಮೋತ್ತಮಂ ಸ್ತವಂ
ಪಠನ್ಸ್ಮರನ್ಬ್ರುವನ್ನರೋ ವಿಶುದ್ಧಿಮೇತಿಸಂತತಮ್ |
ಹರೇ ಗುರೌ ಸುಭಕ್ತಿಮಾಶು ಯಾತಿ ನಾನ್ಯಥಾ ಗತಿಂ
ವಿಮೋಹನಂ ಹಿ ದೇಹಿನಾಂ ಸುಶಂಕರಸ್ಯ ಚಿಂತನಮ್ || 14 ||
ಇಮಂ ಹಿ ನಿತ್ಯಮೇವಮುಕ್ತಮುತ್ತಮೋತ್ತಮಂ ಸ್ತವಂ
imaṁ hi nityamevamuktamuttamōttamaṁ stavaṁ
Meaning: "Indeed, this supreme and excellent hymn, which is eternal and always liberated,"
ಪಠನ್ಸ್ಮರನ್ಬ್ರುವನ್ನರೋ ವಿಶುದ್ಧಿಮೇತಿಸಂತತಮ್ |
paṭhansmaranbruvaṁnaro viśuddhimētisantatam
Meaning: "One who reads, remembers, or recites it continually attains purification of the mind."
ಹರೇ ಗುರೌ ಸುಭಕ್ತಿಮಾಶು ಯಾತಿ ನಾನ್ಯಥಾ ಗತಿಂ
harē gurau subhaktimāśu yāti nānyathā gatiṁ
Meaning: "Devotion to Lord Shiva quickly arises in the heart of the devotee. There is no other way to attain salvation."
ವಿಮೋಹನಂ ಹಿ ದೇಹಿನಾಂ ಸುಶಂಕರಸ್ಯ ಚಿಂತನಮ್ || 14 ||
vimōhanam hi dēhināṁ suśaṅkarasya cintanam
Meaning: "Indeed, contemplating on the thought of Shambhu (Lord Shiva) captivates the minds of embodied beings."
ಪೂಜಾವಸಾನಸಮಯೇ ದಶವಕ್ತ್ರಗೀತಂ ಯಃ
ಶಂಭುಪೂಜನಪರಂ ಪಠತಿ ಪ್ರದೋಷೇ |
ತಸ್ಯ ಸ್ಥಿರಾಂ ರಥಗಜೇಂದ್ರತುರಂಗಯುಕ್ತಾಂ
ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀಂ ಸದೈವ ಸುಮುಖಿಂ ಪ್ರದದಾತಿ ಶಂಭುಃ || 15 ||
ಪೂಜಾವಸಾನಸಮಯೇ ದಶವಕ್ತ್ರಗೀತಂ ಯಃ
pūjāvasānasamayē daśavaktragītaṁ yaḥ
Meaning: "At the conclusion of the worship, he who recites this ten-versed hymn,"
ಶಂಭುಪೂಜನಪರಂ ಪಠತಿ ಪ್ರದೋಷೇ |
śaṁbhupūjanaparaṁ paṭhati pradōṣē
Meaning: "Devoted to the worship of Shambhu (Lord Shiva), especially during the evening prayer (Pradosha),"
ತಸ್ಯ ಸ್ಥಿರಾಂ ರಥಗಜೇಂದ್ರತುರಂಗಯುಕ್ತಾಂ
tasya sthirāṁ rathagajēndraturaṅgayuktāṁ
Meaning: "For him, Goddess Lakshmi (prosperity) becomes firmly established, along with chariots, elephants, and horses,"
ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮೀಂ ಸದೈವ ಸುಮುಖಿಂ ಪ್ರದದಾತಿ ಶಂಭುಃ || 15 ||
lakṣmīṁ sadaiva sumukhiṁ pradadāti śaṁbhuḥMeaning: "Lord Shiva bestows continuous prosperity and beauty upon him."
